Common questions

The prompt never appears. Check Chrome's site access for the extension (puzzle icon → Tudu for Chrome → "On all sites"). Prompts also stay off on sign-in, checkout and account pages, on Tudu's own sites, and on sites you muted in Settings.

"Added to Tudu. Processing…" for a long time. Cards are made by Tudu's pipeline and can take a minute. The save is safe; close the tab and check your library later.

"Already saving that one." You saved the same thing within the last hour; it's on its way.

Sign-in code never arrives. Check spam, then use "resend code". Codes expire after a few minutes.
